What services or treatments might not be covered through the Aligned benefit?

Aligned works in partnership with your health insurance. Many Aligned providers offer free (or very low cost) and unlimited primary care. Services outside of/in addition to routine primary care visits such as specialist care, emergency room visits or hospital care are billed through your health insurance plan as they normally would. However, when selecting a provider group through Aligned, make sure to look for groups that offer additional services as a part of your primary care visit. Many groups offer low/no-cost medications and free mental health services as a part of their included services.
