Is this benefit available to everyone in my family? What if they live in a different state?

Yes — your Aligned benefit includes your eligible family members. Each person can have their own Aligned primary care doctor and get the same access to great care and savings. If a family member lives in another state, we’ll help connect them with an Aligned provider available where they are, either in-person or virtually, so everyone can get the care they need.
